In the last 20 years, Kolten built relationships with hunters and other landowners throughout Colorado. In turn, fueling his devotion to utilizing the knowledge, skill, and patience it takes to help others get on big game. As a seasoned hunter, Kolten has always been enchanted with one day having the opportunity to share his passion with others in the great outdoors. In his competitive nature, Kolten takes pride in his skill and will persevere to produce a memorable hunt.

Jack serves as the driving force behind day-to-day operations at Dry Creek Ranch Outfitters, ensuring every division of the company operates with structure, accountability, and consistency. As General Manager, he oversees regional managers, hunt performance, client standards, and operational systems across the organization. From strategic planning and team leadership to field execution and long-term growth initiatives, Jack plays a central role in maintaining the professionalism and high standards Dry Creek Ranch is built on. His leadership helps align every department toward one mission: delivering exceptional Western hunting experiences.

Trayton is a seasoned leader who brings exceptional organizational skill and field knowledge to the White River region. He oversees guide performance, camp operations, and the full client experience from arrival to pack-out — ensuring every detail is handled with professionalism and care. His ability to lead a team in demanding backcountry conditions and maintain consistently high standards makes him an invaluable part of the Dry Creek Ranch operation.

With more than two decades of elk hunting experience in Colorado, Matt brings a level of knowledge and field expertise that is rare in this industry. He leads his region with confidence and precision — coordinating guides, managing camp logistics, and maintaining the hunt structure that clients depend on. Matt's deep familiarity with the terrain and his ability to lead a team under pressure make him one of the most experienced and trusted managers in the Dry Creek Ranch organization.

Chris is a disciplined and highly capable leader who oversees all hunt operations across the demanding Sheephorn Mountain Range. His strategic approach to planning, thorough terrain knowledge, and decisive in-field leadership give his team a clear edge in one of Colorado's most rugged units.
