His leadership helps align every department toward one mission: delivering exceptional Western hunting experiences.

Trayton helps oversee hunt operations in the field, guide performance, and overall client experience throughout the White River region. His focus is on making sure each hunt is well organized from start to finish, guides are fully prepared and equipped, and camps operate efficiently. Trayton works closely with his team to maintain strong communication, uphold safety standards, and ensure every client receives the level of professionalism and service.

Matt plays a key role in field execution and operational oversight throughout the Saguache Region. He focuses on coordinating guides, maintaining hunt structure, and ensuring camps and logistics run efficiently across the unit. His attention to preparation and strong in-the-field leadership helps deliver a consistent, high-quality experience for every client hunting with Dry Creek Ranch.

Chris leads hunt operations in the Sheephorn Region with a strong emphasis on strategic planning, terrain knowledge, and disciplined execution. He oversees guide performance, camp logistics, and in-the-field decision-making to ensure every hunt runs efficiently in this rugged unit. Known for his steady leadership and situational awareness, Chris helps maintain the high operational standards and client-focused experience Dry Creek Ranch is built on.

KC supports day-to-day hunt operations throughout the Sangre Region, overseeing guide coordination, camp readiness, and client communication. From preseason preparation to post-hunt follow-up, KC helps ensure every hunt in the Westcliffe unit runs smoothly and upholds the high standards Dry Creek Ranch is known for.

Kallie oversees horse, tack, pack, and related ranch logistics that support backcountry and horseback operations. Her role is essential in keeping the equine side of the business organized, reliable, and ready for camp and field use.
